7 Cocoy Banana
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
5 Cups Vegetable Oil
Preparación
1 Peel cocoys
2 Mix eggs and cinnamon in a bowl
3 Dip cocoy in mixture, then coat in the panko breadcrumbs
4 Heat oil at medium heat
5 Place cocoy in hot oil
6 Turn with a tong
7 Remove from pan when golden brown
